Villa Bonita was founded in 2024 by Laura García and Fernando Carnicero, two partners with a solid background in ultra-luxury hospitality, which translates into an exceptional sensitivity to quality, comfort, and attention to detail.
After years of analyzing the Spanish real estate market, we decided to seek an environment with greater growth potential and stability for investors. This led to our commitment to Thailand, especially Koh Phangan, a destination experiencing strong growth and expansion.
